Service for the front door window regulator begins with removing the front door window glass. The first process requires removal of the anti-theft shield screw followed by door latch electrical connector disconnection. Secondly remove the nut then safely place the anti-theft shield beside it. If you are repairing the driver door, a nut and door lock cylinder must be removed after the exterior door handle actuating rod clip gets released for disconnecting its rod. Start by detaching the latch screws before taking out the two nuts and bolt together with the inner front door support bracket. You should first remove the bolts which anchor the front door inner support before taking away the bolts that maintain the window regulator assembly.
