How to service the blower motor on 2000 Mercury Cougar?

In order to service the blower motor, take away the footwell upper trim panel of the passenger side by removing the pushpins. Interrupt electrical connector, rotate the motor to counter-clockwise and withdraw. To install, invert the process, be sure to slip the securing tab of the blower motor.
