    A: The procedure for timing cover service requires disconnecting the ground cable and uninstalling valve covers along with radiator and water pump before the work can commence. The service of bi-fuel vehicles requires removal of both compuvalve and vaporizer components. Position the power steering pump to the side by taking out the top bolts and the lower bolt after raising and supporting the vehicle. The service requires disconnecting the Crankshaft Position (CKP) sensor electrical connector along with draining the engine oil through the drain plug then unfastening all four front oil pan bolts before any vehicle position adjustment. The first step involves sealing removal as well as disconnecting electrical connections for both the crankshaft front seal and Camshaft Position (CMP) sensor. Subsequent bolt tightening includes an initial torque until it reaches 20 Nm followed by an additional rotation of 60 degrees. The crankshaft position sensor electrical connector must be connected following which the power steering pump needs installation except for the exclusion of the front lower hole. Finally all bolts must be installed. The technician should replace the drain plug followed by vehicle lowering and installation of valve covers along with the water pump and compuvalve and vaporizer units for bi-fuel vehicles. The replacement process ends with filling the engine with clean engine oil followed by reinstallation of the battery ground cable.
