Service and repair of the radiator requires removal of the cooling fan motor and shroud together with draining the cooling system. Lower the vehicle after removing its four pin-type retainers which are found on the radiator air deflector. After disconnecting the upper radiator hose start raising the vehicle. Radiator installation starts with air conditioning vehicle owners supporting their condenser and transaxle oil cooler when these components are present. First disconnect the radiator upper coolant hose then proceed to disconnect the lower coolant hoses and finally disconnect the horn electrical connector. After removing the support bracket bolts and the bracket users must detach the radiator. Installation happens through reversing the un-installation process while filling up the cooling system to finalize the work.
