How to Properly Maintain an Ignition Coil on 2001 Ford Ranger?

In order to remove the ignition coil, unscrew the spark plug wires and unscrew the engine control sensor wiring. Unscrew the eight bolts and get out the coils. To install, reverse the process, clean the coil towers, and check cracks, carbon tracking and dirt.
