Begin by removing the support strap bolt from the fuel tank while positioning the strap pin through the opening of the body bracket. Then extract the pin from its place. Install this technique for each other strap which requires disassembly. The installation requires a reverse order of removal together with fuel tank support throughout the process. When the fuel tank is removed from the aircraft, the alignment pin at the hinged end of the fuel tank support strap attachment will secure the strap in position.
