How to Service and Repair the A/C Hose from Evaporator to Compressor Suction Line on 2002 Ford Crown Victoria?

Recovery of refrigerant must be the first step in servicing the evaporator to compressor suction line. Detach the suction line by sealing off the spring lock coupling from both suction accumulator and compressor manifold and tube assembly. The installation requires following removal steps backward while applying the appropriate amount of clean PAG Refrigerant Compressor Oil F7AZ-19589-DA (Motorcraft YN-12-C) or WSH-M1C231-B equivalent to lubricate the refrigerant system. New O-ring seals must be installed with the same lubricant. The refrigerant system requires evacuation and charge testing after installing new O-ring seals as well as sealing with clean PAG Refrigerant Compressor Oil (R-134a Systems) F7AZ-19589-DA (Motorcraft YN-12-C) or its equivalent which meets Ford specification WSH-M1C231-B.
