    A: Start the intake manifold installation process by applying new intake manifold gaskets and position the intake manifold in its place before tightening bolts according to the specified sequence. Begin by applying bolts for mounting and follow the designated bolt-tightening order. The water thermostat should be installed first and fitted with a new O-ring before installing the water outlet adapter while securing the bolts. Securing the generator support bracket with its bolts should be followed by the installation of eight ignition coils which are tightened by bolts. The water outlet adapter needs an upper radiator hose attached to it and the heater water hose must be connected to the intake manifold. The fuel injectors should be installed as a combined unit with the fuel injection supply manifold through four bolts and followed by torque tightening of the isolation valve bolts. The EGR tube requires connection to the EGR valve followed by attaching the vacuum hoses to both the EGR vacuum regulator solenoid and throttle body adapter. Firmly attach the main chassis vacuum supply hose to the throttle body adapter after installing the crankcase ventilation tube at two points and connecting its locations. The differential pressure feedback EGR system and fuel lines should be connected through hoses. First install the position fuel charging wiring then set all bolts before placing cables and bracket with their proper bolts. The fuel charging wiring requires connector installation at the idle air control valve and differential pressure feedback EGR system electrical connector as well as the EGR vacuum regulator solenoid, radio ignition interference capacitor, throttle position sensor, generator, camshaft position sensor, cylinder head temperature sensor jumper and A/C pressure transducer. Also connect the throttle body to the throttle cable and speed control actuator cable. The electrical connectors for fuel charging should be mounted at the inner fender splash shield while the wiring is realigned on its stud before tightening the nut. Place the power distribution box access cover while connecting the generator battery cable by tightening the nut. Follow this with attaching the isolation valve jumper to the fuel charging wiring electrical connector. To finish the installation you should connect the fuel charging wiring electrical connectors to the engine coolant temperature sensor, the fuel temperature sensor, the fuel pressure sensor, the eight ignition coils and the eight fuel injectors before you install the wiper arm and pivot shaft then the air cleaner outlet tube.
