How to install the intake manifold and its associated components on Ford Crown Victoria?

Install intake gaskets and manifold; torque bolts. Fit thermostat/O-ring and water outlet adapter. Attach generator bracket, eight coils, hoses, injector/rail assembly, EGR tube/hoses; tighten fasteners. Install PCV tube, DPFE and fuel lines. Secure fuel-charging wiring/connectors, throttle/speed cables, generator battery cable, isolation-valve jumper. Finish with power-distribution-box cover, wiper-arm, air-cleaner outlet tube.

To service the intake manifold, depower the fire suppress system, lift the vehicle in neutral and un-attach the different parts of the fuel tube, battery ground, and cooling system. Take intake manifold out, clean surfaces, put new gaskets on, reconnect all parts and make sure everything has correct torque requirements. Top of the cooling system and refill the fire suppression system where necessary.
