How to Service and Repair Front Coil Springs on 2002 Ford E-150 Econoline?

To replace the coil springs of the front, raise the vehicle, remove the wheel, and disconnect the stabilizer bar whilst supporting the axle. Un screw the brake caliper, as necessary. Unscrew the shock absorber, and unscrew the upper spring retainer and unscrew the spring by lowering the axle. Reverse for installation.
