  A: The first step to work on the air duct consists of instrument panel removal. Begin by extracting the screws which secure the windshield defroster hose nozzle together with the screws. The right-hand and left-hand A/C side window demister hoses must be disconnected from their entry points at the A/C plenum demister adapter. The vacuum hose needs removal followed by screw removal for heater air plenum chamber detachment. First remove the screws for the window demister hose running to the RH A/C side and afterwards remove screws holding the bracket in place and then the screws holding the window demister hose attached to the LH A/C side. The assembly procedure requires builders to work in the opposite sequence of disassembly.
