How to Service and Repair the Idle Control Valve on 2002 Lincoln Navigator?

Disconnecting the battery ground, accelerator splash shield bolts and disconnection of IAC electrical connector are required to service the Idle Control Valve. Take off valve bolts, repeat the steps with installing it, using a new gasket, with tightening bolts up to 10 Nm and then another 90 degrees.
