Service of the electronic blend door actuator begins with disconnecting the battery ground cable. The instrument panel needs to be erased by performing the correct procedures on dashboard and interior moulding components. The actuator connector needs to be disconnected first after panel removal before proceeding to take out the four screws which secure the electronic blend door actuator. The new actuator can be installed by performing all steps in reverse order to the removal process.
