How to service and repair the evaporator core for the auxiliary climate control system on 2003 Ford E-150?

In order to service the evaporator core to the auxiliary climate control system, detach the air conditioning and heater assembly, loosen the couplings and relocate the hoses. Unscrew the evaporator case cover, remove core and seal and repeat the process to install.
