When servicing the evaporator core of the auxiliary climate control system, remove the air conditioning and heater assembly, disconnect the spring lock couplings and dispose the O-rings. Take out evaporator case cover and A/C evaporator core. Lastly, take out the TXV and repeat the process in the reverse.
