  A: Service of the temperature blend door actuator starts by rotating the temperature control knob to COOL and unfastening the passenger air bag module. The process starts with screws removal that leads to setting aside of anti-theft/keyless entry modules in cars that have this feature. The electrical connector needs to be detached first followed by detaching the RH demister hose. The temperature blend door control cable can be released by removing its two clips before both elements reach detachment then remove the defroster opening grill. To reach the RH defroster nozzle area perform screw removal then untighten screws from the temperature blend door actuator before extracting the actuator.
