How to Service and Repair the Steering Shaft on 2004 Ford Crown Victoria?

In order to fix the steering column shaft, align the steering wheel straight first. Do not allow the Clock Spring to rotate: it may get damaged. Unbolt the lower and upper intermediate shafts, knock out the pinch bolts. Then remove the upper intermediate shaft parts. Lastly, reverse the steps to re-installation.
