How to service the air inlet Blend Door Actuator on 2004 Ford F-150 Heritage?

One should remove the plenum chamber before servicing the air inlet door vacuum control motor. The vacuum control motor operation requires removal of the plenum chamber followed by disconnecting the vacuum line along with removal of the screws attaching the air inlet door vacuum control motor. Transmitting a rotating motion to the vacuum control motor will allow you to disconnect the rod from the air inlet door lever. An inverse method should be used to reinstall the components.
