How to service and repair the auxiliary blend door actuator for temperature control on 2004 Lincoln Navigator?

The right-hand quarter trim panel must be removed first when doing services on the temperature control auxiliary blend door actuator. Disconnect the electrical connector from the temperature blend door actuator before removing the screws which anchor it. Once you have finished the above steps you should remove the auxiliary temperature blend door actuator. Follow the opposite steps used for removal to install the new actuator into position.
