All repairs and servicing of the Auxiliary Temperature Blend Door Actuator on the Expedition and Navigator must start with right-hand quarter trim panel removal. The service begins by unplugging the electrical connection from the auxiliary temperature blend door actuator. The first step requires removing four screws which secure the actuator. Once the actuator removal process ends installation can proceed through a reversal of all steps previously used for removal.
