How to service the rear antenna cable on 2004 Lincoln Town Car?

In order to service the rear antenna lead-in cable, disconnect battery, trim panels and parcel shelf. Unconnect the antenna lead-in cable at A-pillar and lower the headliner. Take the rear antenna cable out, install the new cable on the top of the old by tying it on with wire ties. Repeat the uninstalling process in the reverse order to install.
