How to remove and install the front bumper cover on 2005 Ford Crown Victoria?

The front bumper cover installation requires a vehicle in NEUTRAL gear and mounted on a hoist. The first step involves taking out the 6 lower radiator air deflector bolts together with the 2 front bumper cover bolts and the 4 pin-type retainers. The sequence begins with removing 3 pin-type retainers on each side and proceeding to the side turn signal lamp assemblies. First disconnect the 2 front bumper cover screws on each side then remove the 2 more screws positioned underneath the front bumper to remove the front bumper cover.
