To service the oil pan, position vehicle on hoist, drain oil. Remove crossmember and wire harness bolts. For 4WD, support, mark front axle, remove mounting bolts and lower it. Remove oil pan and gaskets, clean sealing surfaces, apply sealant, install pan with gasket, tighten in stages, reinstall them, refill crankcase.
