How to service and repair the turn signal switch on 2005 Ford Expedition?

To service the turn signal switch, then you have to remove the steering wheel first and then lower the tilt release handle to reach the screws. Disassemble the lower steering column shroud and screw at the back of the multifunction switch. Unplug the connectors one by one and then dismount the multifunction switch. The process is reversed to install the new switch.
