Service of the brake rotor/disc requires an adequate support tool to hold the brake caliper while removing its flexible hose connection. Start your procedure by unbolt the brake caliper anchor plate and set the brake caliper with its anchor plate assembly separately. The unsuccessful brake disc removal requires application of rust penetrant on the brake disc-hub bonding areas. Part cleaner should be used after brake disc removal for cleaning both brake disc surfaces and wheel hub surfaces. After application of anti-seize lubricant to the hub flange use a thin coat. Position the brake caliper and anchor plate assembly back into place before securing it with the two bolts and tightening them to 136 Nm (100 ft. lbs.).
