How to Properly Remove and Install a Brake Disc on 2005 Ford Five Hundred?

In order to service the brake rotor, hold the brake caliper up, and remove the bolts of the caliper and anchor plate. Take off the brake disc screw; loosely attached screws are removed with penetrating lubricant. Clean off, apply anti-seize to the hub, fit the new disc, screw it in, and re-fit the caliper with new bolts.
