The first step requires you to remove the front grille before disconnecting both radiator hoses and placing them aside. Perform the same process for removing the lower radiator hose. When reinstalling the transmission cooler bracket bolt maintain a torque of 6 Nm (53 inch lbs.). The service procedure requires employees to disconnect the horn assembly electrical connector followed by the horn assembly bolt removal before extracting the horn assembly. After service they need to reinstall the assembly with a 10 Nm (89 inch lbs.) torque specification. Follow the removal of both A/C condenser retaining bolts then place the A/C condenser aside before reinstalling it with a torque of 6 Nm (53 inch lbs.). After removing the two radiator support bracket bolts continue with installation by tightening them to 6 Nm (53 inch lbs.). The radiator must be extracted after removing the two radiator support brackets. Follow the removal steps in reverse order to finish the installation while also performing cooling system filling and bleeding procedures.
