    A: Initiate Spring-Wagon coil spring service and repair procedures by first removing the wheel and tire and second detaching the stabilizer bar from the rear lower arms. A suitable transmission jack will elevate the rear lower arm to 32 mm (1.25 inches) height. Take precautions when working with the spring because of its extreme tension state which represents a risk for harm to personnel. Lower the rear lower arm after detaching it from the wheel knuckle before removing the transmission jack. Another staff member assists with removing the spring through pulling the stabilizer bar backward from the rear lower arm followed by lowering the rear lower arm. Install the top seat mounting properly before setting each spring end to rest against the upper and lower spring seats. Place the top spring mounting on the spring then use supporting help to position it by extracting the stabilizer bar from the rear lower arm before lifting the rear lower arm. To properly position the spring use clockwise rotation while holding it against the rear lower arm spring stop so it becomes visible through the drain hole. Be cautious when working due to the high tension in the spring. Avoid over-tightening the rear lower arm to wheel knuckle bolt since you must use a suitable transmission jack to join the rear lower arm to the wheel knuckle. Raising the rear lower arm by 32 mm (1.25 inches) allows you to tighten the rear lower arm to wheel knuckle bolt. Reinstall the rear wheel with its tire while completing the attachment of the stabilizer bar to the rear lower arm.
