    A: Service of the rear window wiper motor starts after positioning the wiper motor to the park position. The first step requires the removal of the wiper arm through plastic cap lifting to loosen the nut just two turns before elevating the wiper arm away from the taper to disconnect it from the nut and wiper arm. Start by uninstalling the liftgate trim panel after you remove pull handle covers, screws and handle followed by the liftgate trim panel bolt covers and screws from their locations. The wiper motor electrical connector needs to be disconnected before removal of the ground lead and the three bolts holding the rear wiper motor and mounting plate must be taken out. Complete the procedure by taking the wiper motor out from the mounting plate.
