How to service and repair the blower motor on 2005 Lincoln LS?

When changing or fixing the blower motor, first remove the right hand floor duct, then the three mounting screws and blower motor cover. Unscrew the electrical connector, take out the blower motor, the wheel clip and the wheel. To install, the steps of removal have to be reversed to accomplish it.
