How to service and repair the heater core on 2005 Lincoln LS?

To service the heater core, take off the evaporator core housing and the heater core housing. Unscrew air inlet housing, and wire harness, and screws holding heater core cover. Next, remove the heater core tube bracket and remove the heater core, and remove the dash panel seal.
