A person can reach the lower wiper motor bolts by lifting the bottom part of the windshield wiper mounting arm and pivot shaft assembly followed by removing the 2 lower bolts and the windshield wiper motor. You should tighten the bolts to 15 Nm (11 lb-ft) for installation whereas the procedure becomes reversed.
