    A: The blower motor switch repair process should start with draining engine cooling fluid before proceeding. The service begins with hose and wire harness disconnect from the evaporative emission canister purge valve which has part number EVAP canister purge valve. First detach the valve by removing the nut and the nuts that fasten the evaporative emission canister purge valve. The service begins by detaching heater hoses from the heater core through clamp releases before removing the hose because of released clamps. Start by removing the nut then the stud before detaching the wire harness from the blower motor speed control upper stud by taking out its retaining nut. First use pliers to remove and detach the electrical connector from the blower motor speed control and then unscrew the screw and withdraw the stud together with the assembly of the speed controller. Reverse the procedure for new component installation by cleaning and lubricating the coolant system with plain water if required and then filling engine coolant to proper levels.
