How to service the windshield wiper motor on 2005 Mercury Sable?

Service procedures on the windshield wiper motor start by taking out the wiper mounting arm assembly which includes the pivot shaft. First remove the bolt connecting the windshield wiper motor operating arm to the motor before taking out the three bolts supporting the windshield wiper motor. To install the parts simply follow the opposite sequence of the removal process.
