The degas bottle requires removal after disconnecting its supply and overflow hoses. Install the bolt which must be tightened to 10 Nm (89 inch lbs.) when you replace it. Separate the upper radiator hose after which proceed to detach transmission cooler tubes both from the cooling fan motor and shroud. Remove the power fan shroud electrical connector while placing the lower hose in a safe position away from the assembly. The installation of this component requires tightening both bolts that secure the cooling fan motor and shroud assembly to 10 Nm (89 inch lbs).
