How to Service the Camshaft Position Sensor on 2006 Ford Escape?

To service the camshaft position (CMP) sensor take off the battery ground and the CMP sensor connector. Take out the attaching screw and the sensor. Install the new sensor and whose bolt should be tightened up to 10 Nm (89 lb-in) and check the O-ring seal and lubricate it with clean engine oil before reinstalling.
