To fix the power seat switch, loosen the electrical connector, recline the seat and take out the recliner handle. Unscrew the side shield clip, take off the lumbar and power seat knobs, and the control panel. Lastly, loosen the screw holding the seat control switch and reverse the procedure to put it back.
