How to Service and Repair the Seat Heater Switch and Seat Control Seat Switch on Ford F-150?

The seat heater switch service starts by removing the adjustable lumbar knob when present; users should adjust the lumbar to full relaxation before they can free the retainer to extract the knob. First remove the side shield insert through a process of releasing lower retainers and lifting the upper retainers free. Separate the electrical wires from the seat control switch as well as from the memory SET switch if present. The first step is seat control switch button removal and additional step requires the removal of recliner switch button when equipped. Launch the switch off the console using the retaining tabs for final extraction. Take the opposite actions during reinstallation of the parts.
