    A: The intake manifold service and repair process starts with disassembling it through the removal of four bolts and throttle body (TB) while discarding the TB gasket. The first step includes uninstalling a total of 6 bolts and TB spacer from the system. Following that remove the IMRC actuator rod's C-clip along with its attaching 3 bolts. Each installation step for fuel rail removal requires removing it together with its fuel injectors by unfastening the 6 fuel rail assembly bolts. The disassembly requires detachments of fuel injector-to-fuel rail locking clips which should be followed by injector-to-rail separation while discarding each injector's two O-ring seals. To assemble the injectors one should apply clean engine oil to new O-ring seals before installing them onto the fuel injectors and then locking the clips to secure the assembly to the fuel rail. Fasten the fuel rail and fuel injector assembly onto the intake manifold by tightening all 6 fuel rail bolts to 10 Nm (89 inch lbs.). Tighten both upper TB spacer bolts to 7 Nm (62 inch lbs.) first and continue to turn them an additional 90 degrees. Proceed with a two-stage procedure when handling the four lower TB spacer bolts by initially applying force to 10 Nm (89 inch lbs.) then turning them 90 degrees further. Using new parts, replace the gasket while installing the throttle body (TB) by tightening its 4 bolts initially to 9 Nm (80 inch lbs.) and then completing another 90 degrees arc of rotation. The procedure concludes with placing the IMRC actuator into position before bolting it to the engine block with 3 fasteners which should be tightened to 10 Nm while installing the IMRC rod C-clip.
