How to Service the A/C Accumulator on 2006 Ford F-350 Super Duty?

To service the suction accumulator service, recapture the refrigerant and disconnect the A/C cycling switch. Install a backup wrench on the outlet tube of the evaporator core, and tighten to 49 Nm. disconnect fittings and replace O-rings. Take out the suction accumulator, and then re- install it at 10 Nm. Test and charge the system, evacuate and leak test.
