How to service the rear seat armrest on 2006 Ford Fusion?

In order to service the rear seat armrest, the rear seat cushion and 60 percent backrest should be removed. Find access to the armrest bolts, strip them out and disassemble armrest assembly. Install the broken retainers then reverse to install the backrest and rear seat cushion and make sure they fit back in.
