How to service the rear seat armrest on 2007 Ford Fusion?

In order to service the rear seat armrest, you must take off the cushion and 60% of the rear seat backrest. Take off armrest bolts and fit armrest. Pull the trim cover and armrest unit off, replacing any broken retainers. Undo the same procedure to fit backrest and cushion.
