How to service the knock sensor on 2006 Ford Fusion?

In order to service the knock sensor, put the vehicle in neutral position on the hoist and remove the battery ground cable. Disassemble the intake manifold, and then remove the bolt and knock sensor. To install, screw the new sensor to 20 Nm (15 lb-ft) and undo the steps of removal to complete.
