Begin by emptying the windshield washer fluid from the reservoir to avoid liquid spillages. Disconnect the electrical connector from the windshield washer pump followed by removing the washer fluid reservoir hose. First loosen then remove the three bolts securing the washer fluid reservoir while tightening them back to 7 Nm (62 lb-in) after installation. When removing the washer fluid reservoir maintain constant attention to the rubber grommet to avoid damage to it while taking out the windshield washer pump. The installation process can be finished by reversing the step of removal.
