You need to lower the headliner until you can reach the antenna cable connection point to disconnect the rear antenna lead-in cable from its connection at the antenna isolator module. The antenna functions as a part of the wiring harness so replacement alone is not possible; therefore keep the remaining antenna cable section and use tape to secure it to the harness to minimize noise. First separate the ground plate and the antenna cable ends. Secure the new cable installation with tape or wire ties that should be attached to the wiring harness for noise prevention.
