How to service the Air Injection Pump on 2006 Mercury Milan?

To service the secondary air pump, hoist the vehicle in neutral and disconnect the battery ground. Remove the underbody cover screws, disconnect the pump's electrical connector, and detach hoses. Remove the pump assembly by taking out 3 bolts. Install the new assembly, tightening bolts to 30 Nm (22 lb-ft).
