How to service the windshield wiper pivot and mounting arm on 2007 Ford E-150?

In order to remove the windshield wiper mounting arm and pivot shaft, take off the wiper pivot arms, and cowl vent panels. Take off the assembly and the motor, unscrew the mounting arm and pivot shaft and screw in tight (9 Nm or 80 lb-in) when mounting. And lastly, undo the steps of removal.
