How to service and repair the front axle beam on 2007 Ford E-250?

In order to maintain the front axle beam, unscrew the wheel spindle and radius arm. Hold the right side up to take off the weight after which the pivot nut and bolt are removed. Fasten the new axle without tightening the nut. Install parts, end tighten pivot nut to 175 Nm, and align. substitute fasteners with new parts.
