How to service the inner tie rod on 2007 Ford Edge?

Removal of the steering gear to service the inner tie rod will require marking the pinion shaft. Disassemble the outer tie-rod end, tightening it at the time of re-assembly to 90 Nm. Take away both the bellows boots and the clamps to reach the inner tie-rod end and tighten it to 103 Nm when installing. Reinstall in reverse order.
