Service of the rear door window motor starts with removing the rear door trim panel followed by relocating the rear door weathershield. The flat-blade screwdriver should temporarily clamp down the window regulator assembly drum as you disconnect the rear door window regulator motor. When removing the rear door window motor disconnect its electrical connector and then unscrew all bolts with torque at 7 Nm (62 lb-in) before install. Apply the inverse removal sequence to complete the service after checking the gear operation through glass cycling.
